“Claim offers” is a feature that requires your customers to redeem offers by checking in on the kiosk and selecting the offer they would like to redeem.
By requiring all customers to check in on your kiosk to claim offers, you can track the number of redemptions and compare them to the amount of messages that were sent out in order to find the return on your investment.
You can use this information to make changes and refine your messaging. For instance, do more customers come back with “percent off” coupons or offers for free items? Do changes in the wording of your offers make a difference in the percentage of customers who respond to them? Does format matter? Who responds more to “bring in a friend” offers—mobile or email users?
