Can I add data I get from my website?
You bet! Our Web Form that allows you to capture customer data from your website, and have it automatically feed into your CityGro database.
How do I lock my iPad app?

Apple has a great feature called “Guided Access”.  When enabled, guided access allows you to lock your iPad to a specific app.

You can turn on guided access by doing the following:

Settings App –> General –> Accessibility –> Guided Access

How does CityGro work?

CityGro is a simple to use, but highly advanced marketing software for businesses of all types. The philosophy is to collect customer data using powerful tools. This data then allows businesses to analyze and automate communication with their customers..

How does the Planet Beach loyalty program work?

Each time a client finishes a checkin on the kiosk they receive 1 loyalty point.  When a client has earned enough loyalty points they can “redeem” an offer.

Here are the two loyalty offers:

  1. 5% OFF Product – 5 points
  2. 10% OFF Product – 10 points

 

How long does it take for a customer to check-in?

This depends on the amount of data you want to capture. When time is sensitive (restaurants, quick serve, etc.) we suggest only asking for necessary information. When only a phone number is asked for a customer can check-in in 6-8 seconds. If you really want to get tricky, we can send a link in a text so people can fill out more information from their mobile phone!

How long does it take to get set up?
Typically a business that opts for the Professional Setup (Configuration + Custom Design) can get set up in 3-4 business days. Customers who do a Self Setup can typically get started within a few hours.
What forms can be digitally signed?

Here is a list of the forms that can be digitally stored using CityGro.

What happens when someone checks in on the kiosk?

First off, both Members and Guests should checkin on the kiosk.  Here is an overview of what happens when a client checks in.

1st Check-in

  1. Client Agrees to Liability Agreement
  2. Client updates data for the Personal Spa Profile (Digital Copy is Stored)
  3. Collects data and signs the Service & UV Waiver (Digital Copy is Stored)
  4. Text Message and Email Marketing Opt-In
  5. Receives 1 Loyalty Point

Ongoing Check-ins

  1. Agrees to Liability Agreement
  2. Receives 1 Loyalty Point
What info should I capture?

Contact info is the first priority. After that, you have full control to capture additional info as needed. Popular data would be birthdays, names, interests, demographics, etc.

What is a CityGro Kiosk?

The term kiosk can be a fairly broad term. As it pertains to CityGro, the kiosk includes a tablet and enclosure and is used to allow customers to quickly interact with your business. The most common uses are Loyalty Programs, Digital Signatures, & Lead Capture.

What is the average Return On Investment?
When calculating an ROI it’s important to consider what a customer is worth to your business, and then ask yourself how much revenue would increase if each customer came in one more time per year? One more time per month? One more time per week? CityGro offers the ability to constantly communicate with past customers so they don’t forget about you. Where can I find the signed forms?

Signed PDF’s for each contact can be found in their user profile.  Here is how you get there:

Where do I find the kiosk app?

The free “Kiosk for iPad” app can be found in the iPad App Store.  Search for “Kiosk for iPad” or “CityGro” and you will find it.

Once downloaded simply enter your admin email and password to access your account.

Which kiosk flow should I select?

When logging into the kiosk you will be prompted to choose a kiosk flow.  It is important to choose the correct kiosk flow in order for it to display the correct forms.

Here are the two options:

  1. UV and Service Agreement Kiosk Flow
  2. Service Agreement (Non UV) Kiosk Flow

Who has access to my data?
You and you alone. CityGro will never share, sell, or send messages to your contacts.
